Section 521.371-521.377, Texas Transportation Code states that persons convicted of misdemeanor or felony drug offenses will automatically have their licenses suspended for a period of six months. In order to have their license reinstated, they must attend and successfully complete an education program on the dangers of drug abuse approved by TCADA. Failure to complete the program will result in the license being revoked indefinitely until the education program is completed. The standardized program is 15 hours in length.

Our state approved Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) will assist you with meeting court requirements. DWI Education of Southeast Texas implements DOEP with the specific purpose of educating participants on the dangers of drug use and abuse. Our program has three clear objectives for each participant:

1. To gain information on the effects of drug use and abuse on the individual, family, society and community.
2. To identify patterns of drug use and abuse.
3. To develop a plan for positive lifestyle changes.

DWI Education of Southeast Texas will cover these objectives and much more during our standardized Drug Offender Education Program. Earn your certificate in 5 days after you complete 15 hours of classroom instruction.

We welcome you to register for any and all programs that meet your needs. We are here to help you and to assist with resolution of your personal situation!
