Governor Abbott approves remote classroom instruction for DWI-E, DOEP and DWI-I offender programs during COVID-19 pandemic. Register immediately. Read more here Virtual classes do not require a location to be selected on intake form.

The course you select and register for must be taken in sequential order (Session 1, Session 2, Session 3)  and on consecutive days (3 CONSECUTIVE days for DWI-Education class and 5 CONSECUTIVE days for DOEP class) to meet state requirements.  No missed sessions are allowed.  If a participant misses a session, he/she will have to start again in a different course, beginning with Session One and will have to pay a new registration class fee for new course.

DWI Education of Southeast Texas must meet TDLR minimum and maximum class enrollment numbers. DWI Education of Southeast Texas reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment numbers are not reached.

In those circumstances, registrants will be given an opportunity to select a different course date, time or location to move their registration to for upcoming DWI-E, DOEP, DWI-I courses without incurring additional charges. Please note, refunds are not granted to registrants for classes cancelled due to low enrollment numbers.
